NEW - Doctor Call-Back Service  8 am -9.45 am

From Monday 21st September we will be introducing a new telephone call-back service, between the hours of 8 am  and 9.45 am. It is our intention to provide a service which is both efficient and friendly.
We recognise that there are times when the next routine appointment is not soon enough for you and times when you only really need to speak to a doctor over the phone as many problems can be solved without the need for you to come to the surgery. The service ensures that everyone can see a doctor within 48 hours - usually we will offer an appointment on the same day. Also, if you have a routine query regarding an ongoing problem, you can request to speak to your usual doctor at the end of their morning surgery. If you have missed the call-back service in the morning, but have a problem that requires medical attention before the following day, there is a duty doctor that can call you back in the afternoon.
